Specifications: Dimensions, resolution, delivery format, variations, and background presence.

Deadline: Specify a date (e.g., "by the end of the month"). Note that additional fees apply for tight deadlines.

Design References: Character image, hairstyle, outfits, reference characters, images, and files.

Budget:

Approx. ＄500+tax per illustration.

Approx. ＄1500–＄2000+tax per VTuber model.
(Prices may vary significantly depending on the complexity of the request.)

Permission for Public Display:
Specify if the artwork can be shared on platforms like Twitter, Pixiv, or my website. (This does not affect the acceptance of your request.) -
Other Information:
Media/platforms for use, additional requests, promotional details, etc. -
Your Details:
Include company name, department, your name, and business information as applicable.
Quotation and Order Confirmation
Based on your inquiry, I will provide a quotation free of charge.
The order will be officially confirmed once you agree to the quote.
If you do not receive a reply within 72 hours, please resend your email.
Payment

Full payment upfront is required for individual clients.

Corporate clients may follow their internal payment policies.

Please specify any tax-related requirements, such as withholding tax, if applicable.
Consultation
We will discuss the details of your request in greater depth. Email consultations are available.
Production

A rough draft (sketch/layout) will be created for your review before full production begins.

Production will commence after your approval of the rough draft.

Significant revisions after the rough draft approval may incur additional fees based on the time required.
Delivery
Once the final illustration is complete, it will be delivered via email or an online storage service after your confirmation.
Regarding Secondary Use
If you wish to use the completed work for commercial purposes beyond the initially specified use (primary use), please contact me for discussion.
Copyright Transfer
For copyright transfer requests, please contact me.
Copyright transfer allows you to use the work freely without additional permissions, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
